Keith Wilson, BS, CSCS Owner/Director of Training

Keith Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Grand Canyon University.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  Keith also comes from an athletic background playing Division 1 college baseball at Grand Canyon University as well as 3 professional seasons in the Arizona Diamondbacks’ minor league system.

 

Keith has over 20 years of experience training professional athletes.  After his own playing career ended, Keith remained in professional baseball for another 7 years as a strength and conditioning coach.  During this time, his positions included Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Milwaukee Brewers.

 

Keith began Pro Advantage Training in 2000, and currently has two training facilities in Arizona (Tempe and Gilbert).  Pro Advantage has grown to the level of training elite athletes that compete in the Olympics, MLB, MLB Japan, WBO Korea, NFL, NBA, WNBA, PGA, AFL, Canadian PGA Tour, Web.com Tour, international crew championships, national gymnastics meets, and national figure skating competitions.

While running Pro Advantage, Keith has also been contracted by the below organizations to either consult or direct their strength and conditioning program.

 

  • Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League - Head Strength Coach (2011)

  • Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA - Director of Strength and Conditioning (2012 - 2013)

  • Arizona Christian University - Strength Training Consultant specifically for their baseball pitchers (2015 - 2016)

  • United Basketball Association (professional basketball league in India) - Head Strength Coach & Consultant for the entire league (2016-current)
