STUDENT Athletes

What you can expect

Pro Advantage’s Student Athlete program is a well-rounded approach designed to enhance every aspect of athletic performance; in a unique, age-specific way.  Our all-encompassing workouts utilize a wide variety of proven training methods which will improve speed, strength, power, and mobility. 

 

We do not do a “one-size-fits-all” or “cookie-cutter” approach.  PA’s student athlete programs are individualized based on assessment data, demands of sport/position, injury history, and training goals.  Our process creates stronger more powerful athletes that begin to move and play better in a short amount of time. 

 

We focus our efforts on low-risk, high-reward programming and exercises that will evolve and progress as physical gains are achieved and more advanced training is required.
